The C Money assistant line is a personal AI assistant that answers a telephone number and a toll-free text number on behalf of its owner, Richard Bridgford. This policy explains what information the line collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Phone numbers of people who call or text the line, and the numbers the line calls or texts.
• Call content: audio of calls and automated transcripts, including messages left for the owner.
• Text messages sent to and from the line, including the time they were sent.

How we use it

• To operate the assistant: answering calls, taking messages, sending the owner reminders, calendar changes and call summaries, and replying to the owner's own texts.
• To keep a log of calls and messages so the owner can follow up.
• To troubleshoot the service.

Text messages are sent only to the owner's own mobile number. The line does not send marketing messages and has no mailing list.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Call and message data is processed by the service providers that run the line (Twilio for telephony and messaging, ElevenLabs for voice, and Anthropic for the assistant's language model) solely to provide the service. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be disclosed if required by law.

Retention

Call recordings, transcripts and message logs are kept for as long as they are useful to the owner for follow-up, and are deleted on request. Provider-side records follow each provider's retention settings.

Text messaging consent and opt-out

Text messaging on this line is opt-in: the owner starts it by texting the line from his registered mobile number. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts and HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See the SMS terms.

To ask what the line holds about you, to have it deleted, or to ask any question about this policy, email [email protected].

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
